Nathaniel (married Mary Elizabeth White) is mentioned in the 'Handbook of Texas' as a boundary commissioner for the Eastern boundary of Texas & it is also mentioned that 'He was a relative of Memucan Hunt'. He was on the mortality schedule that went with the US Census of 1850 for San Augustine County, Texas as having died of 'RHEUM PAINS'.
