On due Examination It is order'd and Decreed that the above described Lands the Real Estate of Nicholas Hunt dec'd Be sold by the sheriff of Pickens District on Monday the 5th day of November next or on such other Sale day as shall be most for the advantage of the parties in interest On a Credit of 12 months, the purchaser giving Bond and good security for the payment of the purchase money.
