    3. Deborah, I married into the Maddox family, where did your roots come from in that line. Shepherdstown, W.Va and then the DC area for my husband. I'm from the Hunt line but not sure about this man. But, Curry also was in my line. Haven't been active in a long time. My Hunts were from South western PA. Hunt AIKEN - Funeral services for Mr. Richard W. Hunt, 91, of Aiken, SC, who died January 19, 2007, will be conducted Wednesday morning at 11 o'clock from First Christian Church of Aiken. Rev. Don Morris officiating. Interment in Aiken Memorial Gardens. Mr. Hunt was a native of Lynn, Massachusetts, having made Aiken County his home for the past 53 years. He received his degree in Engineering from Tufts University. Mr. Hunt was a retired Engineer with the E.I. DuPont Company at the Savannah River Plant with 40 years of service and was an Engineer on the Manhattan Project. He was a past commander and life member of the Savannah River Power Squadron, a former Instructor Trainer for the American Red Cross, a member of the Senior Men's Club of Aiken, a member of the Academy of Life Long Learning and was a Meals on Wheels volunteer for the Council on Aging. Mr. Hunt attended First Christian Church of Aiken. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Jean Chafin Curry Kaiser Hunt; two sons and daughters-in-law, Daniel H. and Eola Hunt, Simpsonville, SC, and Peter F. and Candace Hunt, Charleston, SC, a daughter and son-in-law, Julie and John Boulware, Columbia, SC; a stepson, Jack M. Curry, Aiken; a stepdaughter and son-in-law, Sandy and Norman C. Toy, New Canaan, Connecticut; one sister, Virginia Moulton, Concord, New Hampshire; several children and grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his first wife of 49 years, Alice Harrington Hunt; his parents, Homer B. Hunt and Gertrude F.
