Within a month I was contacted by City Hall with her address and phone number. My experience was a similar one many years ago: I had established a contact with a first cousin in Hejce and we communicated for a year, but then the communications stopped when they lost their translator. Several years later I wrote a letter to the cousin, enclosed it in an envelope [addressed to the "Pocs Family] , then enclosed the envelope in anoter envelope addressed to the Postmaster of the village. In a few weeks I received a letter from my cousin, who was glad to re-establish contact. In the time between losing contact and receiving my forwarded letter, her daughter, who was in high school had taken English classes and could do her own translations, and is in contact with me via email.
