Thanks Sue, and all the others, who so generously helped with the searches for 'our' elusive Oscar. He still remains hiding! :-) In the online phone book I located one in Brooklyn, but his widow said he died over 30 years ago and as far as she knows he came from Austria. I also sent an E-mail to the ADA (American Dental Association), on the remote chance Oscar was a member, but so far no answer.
