So you know most browsers nowadays try to interpret 'strange' characters to Unicode, when in fact LDS still uses 'Western', i.e. ISO-8859-1. You just go - on their web pages - to your browser's character coding button and select Western. Then all the characters will display correctly (in Internet Explorer: View > Encoding > Western European).
