You are right. For some reason they didn't put it into this issue of the newsletter. You can subscribe by writing to Maria Korasz, Keeper of the Collection, at Korasz@sk-szeged.hu. You can find archived issues going back to 2003 at http://www.sk-szeged.hu/szolgaltatas/vasvary/newsletter/index.html. Prior to that they were published in hard copy only, by mail.
