    3. Al, Did you get the death certificates for Mike and Esther and their obituaries? The death certificates ask for the place of birth and parents names. If the person giving the information knew, it might be on there. In the obit it usually tells which church or organization they belonged to and that would give you more resources? I am assuming you searched the census.
