Can anybody help with my research into the above family. In the UK 1901 census, the Kordy family lived in Portsdown Road, Paddington, London. The head of the family, Samuel (born about 1853), was described as a "Professor of Piano Music and Singing". Samuel lived with his wife, Rose and their children Madeleine, Rita and Denzo. They are all described on the census of "Hungarian subjects". In 1903, Madeleine married my great great uncle William Edward Harris who was the Chairman of the Ritz in London, Atlantic City and Boston (amongst others). I have no further information on the Kordys and no idea whatsoever on Hungarian genealogy. Can anybody suggest sources I can check in an attempt to find this family in Hungarian records?
