    3. Hi everybody! I have found some letters my grandmother received by 1960's. They were written by her sister in law. Unfortunately they are written in magyar and I don't read nor even understand a word of it. I wanted to ask you if someone with magyar knowledge would be so kind of reading one of this letters (I would scan it) and give me a rough translation, so I could have any idea of what were they talking about. I hope there's some information there that will help me in my ancestors research. If you are not interested or have no time to do it, I will understand. Thanks in advance, Maria Eugenia Kromholc

    3. Sorry I can't help you Maria, but I also have 2 short one page letters from a grand aunt from Sopron dated 1902. Some of it was transcribed but other parts don't make any sense at all. If someone on the List who is knowledgeable with translating Hungarian, is willing & has time to help they can e-mail me privately and I'll fax the letters to that person. It didn't scan well when I tried. Let me know.
