Hello... Need your help. I am trying to get a copy of a book & periodical that describe Sighet's Jewish Soldiers in WWI (listed below). I understand they are in Hungarian. I've tried local library systems, Carnegie Library and Google to no avail. These are the titles: Book: "Aranyalbum- a magyar hadviselt zsidoc"-az. 1914-1918 as vilaghaboru emlekere. By: Hegedus Marton, Budapest, 1941. Periodical: "Maramarosziget" oct. 1970. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. I have tried locating the author, whom I found, but the title of the book (as given on Menachem web site) is wrong. The correct title is: A magyar hadviselt zsidók aranyalbuma az 1914-1918-as világháború emlékére. Also searching for a Transylvania (Hungarian) periodical in Máramarossziget in 1970 I came up empty handed. You can try an inquiry to the OSZK (Országos Széchényi Könyvtár or National Széchényi Library), in English, about the book (Raktári jelzet 95.130), they have it, but they don't release it except for researchers (and likely don't let it out of their premises): http://www.oszk.hu/frame_en.htm?eng/kapcsolat/kapcsolat_index_en.htm As far as I know Interlibrary Loan - within European countries - does not extend to the US.
