Dear List, Would someone please forward this message to Dianne Bluhm. [mailto:dbluhm@satx.rr.com] My mail program refuses to send mail to her email address and I haven’t been able to figure out the why, yet. Thank you, Joseph M. Nemeth Dear Dianne, There are 3 Huszar’ mentioned in the yearbook: 1, Nagykalloi Huszar Vilmos. 2, Dercsikai Huszar Pongrac. 3, Szentkereszti Huszar Emerencia. The last two as they married into other noble families. The first one was Dr. Huszar Vilmos and he was granted the Hungarian Nobility title and a Coat of Arms in 1916. He was a College Professor and Editor of the Revue de Hongrie. The first word in the name is the name of the location where they usually lived or originated from. Nagy Iván’s “Magyarország Családai” CD list 8 Huszar families. If you could give me a little more information I’ll do some research to see if any of these families could be the one that you’re looking for. Joseph M.
