    1. Stephen SISA
    2. Dear List: Yesterday I found the following paragraph at the site of The Budapest Sun Online of August 30, 2001 at http://www.budapestsun.com/full_story.asp?ArticleID=%7BAA398510C0DD40ACA01F2CB1D3E6428A%7D&From=News. I was not aware that Steve Sisa had died. Does anyone know whether he has and, if so, when? I could not find him in the SS Death Index, and his book, Spirit of Hungary, is still on sale by him online personally.Online address and telephone directories also still list him at the address I have for him. I corresponded with him in the summer of 2001, the first time on July 25, and the second on September 7. I did not receive a reply to my second letter. My husband worked closely with Steve in the 1950s on Free World Review. "The late Stephen Sisa, a Hungarian-American and former editor of the Free World Review (USA), in his book Spirit of Hungary, gives bone-chilling and remarkable details of Suliman the Magnificent’s advance into the south of Hungary."
