The Hammond Times Indiana Nov. 26, 1937 JOLAN MARKO bride of JOHN BERTA Mr. and Mrs. Joseph MARKO, of 518 144th Street, are announcing the marriage of their daughter, Jolan, to John BERTA, son of Mrs. Paul BERTA, of 4815 Alexander Avenue. The reverand Father SIPOS officiated at the ceremony which took place in the rectory of the Holy Trinity Hungarian Church Tuesday. Mr. BERTA is employed at the Harbison Walker Refractories and was a popular graduate of Washington High School with the Class of 1933. His bride finished with the class of '35 at Roosevelt High School.
