The Long Beach Independent Calif. Dec. 22, 1948 Solomon GOODMAN, 85, of 205 Argonne Avenue, died Monday at his home. Born in Austria Hungary, he had been in the US 70 years and came to Long Beach 12 years ago from Columbus, Ohio. He was a retired department store owner. Survivors: Widow: Mrs. Margaret GOODMAN Son: Harry of Long Beach Nephew: Dwight GOODMAN of Columbus Services and internment will be in Lexington, Ohio, with Mottell's mortuary in charge of arrangements.
