The Chronicle Telegram Elyria, Ohio Aug. 13, 1962 Joseph EGRY, 87, of 5445 Elyria Avenue, Lorain, died in the Historical Rest Home, Wellington, today. He had been ill a year and a half. Mr. EGRY was born in Austria-Hungary, Jan. 15, 1875. He retired as an employee of the US Steel Co. in 1940. Survivors: Daughters: Mrs. Willard L. DITTMER, Elyria Mrs. Lloyd ROBERTS, Wellington Son: Joseph EGRY Jr., Largo, Fla. Two grandchildren and five ggrandchildren. His wife, Mary, died in 1952. Services in the Harold Dicken Funeral Home with Rev. Laymen Brooks, pastor of the S. Amherst Methodist church officiating. Burial in the Elmwood cemetery, Lorain
