I decided to look into the site once more and was diverted to another page called The Occurrence of Magyar Surnames in Stropkov. This is a wonderful site including (towards the bottom) lists of names/name variances/church info alongside the name. Also, a section gives Hungarian books for surname research (maybe some are on Google?). Stropkov is Upper Zemplin. Marika
