    3. I have been trying to find information on my paternal grandfather. I acquired his Death Certificate and his name is spelled RuscHak. I then found his info on an Ellis Island Manifest list and his name is spelled Ruscsak. I found that the place he arrived from was either spelled VADAsd or Vadaso. He came to America in in 1909. I tried to locate this town on a map of Hungary with no luck. Can anyone out there help my on my quest?     3. Elaine, looking at the manifest on Ellis Island it says he came in 1901. Vadasd was located in Maros - Torda county, Also - Maros District and today it is located in Romainia and it is called Vadas. You can look it up in http://maps.google.com/ .
