The Montana Standard Butte, Montana Feb. 20, 1959 Husband Of DALY'S Granddaughter Dies In New York Hamilton (AP) Baron George BASSENYEY died at a New York City hospital Thursday. He was the husband of Margit SIGRAY BASSENYEY, a granddaughter of the later Marcus DALY, Montana copper magnate. Other survivors: Daughter: Eva Son: Francis, by a former marriage BASSENYEY was a native of Budapest, Hungary. Funeral services Saturday at St. Stevens Church in New York. The couple was married 13 months ago and spent most of the past year at the Marcus DALY estate near Hamilton. Her parents, Count Anton and Countess Harriet DALY SIGRAY died at the close of WWII, shortly after arriving in New York from Budapest.
