The Chronicle Telegram Elyria, Ohio Aug. 14, 1962 Lorain - Mrs. Esther SAKAL, 69, of 2334 East 30th St., died yesterday in St. Josephs hospital after a short illness. She was born in Hungary Dec. 25, 1892 and came to Lorain at the age of 14. Mrs. SAKAL was employed at the General Industries Co., Elyria, for five years and later by the sanitation department of the National Tube Division for 15 years. She retired four years ago. She was a member of the Hungarian United Church of Christ, the Ladies Circle, the Senior Ladies Guild and the Sick Benefit Society of the church.
