It appears that Harvey Graber, Huling, and Howard Mannington were the principals. It was formed in late 1914 to compete for the 1915-1919 US stamped envelope contract. Before the contract began the company was purchased by the Mercantile Corp which had the 1907-1911 and 1911-1915 US stamped envelope contracts. The company kept the name Middle West Supply Co. so it could still have the 1915-1919 contract. Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
