Hi Peter, Very interesting question. After all weren't the Star of David's the Jews wore yellow? Also if I remember Jews were separated by different color star's. Disabled Jews wore one color, homosexuals another color, I think they even separated out those who were Jewish sympathizers and forced them to wear different colored stars if they were interned. Probably why ladies of the evening always lived in the red light district. Just goes to show color goes well beyond what we would normally belief. I would be interested to see what others might come up with. Thanks for posting, very interesting. I have never heard of that Huguenot yellow, but it is something to think about.
