Tony Fuller. Are members supposed to receive a certificate of membership? From the messages going back and forth, seems as if they do. I joined in 2002 and am on list of Fellows, May 8, 2002. I did not receive a Certificate and nothing was sent to me about a forth coming Certificate. If I am due a Certificate, how do I go about obtaining one.
