What I can find, readily, is a "Facsimile of Clauses in the Act of Revocation" (in old French, and obviously an engraved "reproduction" rather than what we think of as a fascimile copy) In Charles Tylor's *The Huguenots in the Seventeenth Century*... It wasn't gratifying to me when I found it, and I don't think it'd gratify you either. None of the sureity towns mentioned.
