    3. What I can find, readily, is a "Facsimile of Clauses in the Act of Revocation" (in old French, and obviously an engraved "reproduction" rather than what we think of as a fascimile copy) In Charles Tylor's *The Huguenots in the Seventeenth Century*... It wasn't gratifying to me when I found it, and I don't think it'd gratify you either. None of the sureity towns mentioned. Ne'ertheless, I'll PDF it at your command ;-> For grins, I Google'd images for the Edict of Nantes, and there is only one: http://www.louis-xiv.de/index.php?t=religion&a=nantes And it ain't readable ;-> My apologies for whetting appetites. -----Original Message----- From: peter@leroy.ws [mailto:peter@leroy.ws] Sent: Saturday, December 02, 2006 4:16 PM To: marc@noumenal.com; huguenots-walloons-europe@rootsweb.com Subject: Re: [HWE] Édit de Nantes ? Ah hah .. Marc the magnificent.. a copy huh ? Hmm well should it be a copy of the original that is supposedly in Geneva with added information regarding forts and towns then of course I would love to see it ? Hmm wonder how one does add a pdf file to HWE ? I have read many type written copies of copies which were copied from an unknown source and put onto the internet, and so something similar would be interesting I presume to some. Maybe a link or somesuch ? I was more interested in trying to read old French / Latin and the entire document as I am having a hunch that some of the towns that I am looking for may have been given a mention ? >I have at least one of those lying around somewhere. I am happy to PDF >it and put it up if it will gratify you. Kind Regards, Peter Leroy
