    3. LOOKING FOR COUSIN AND OUDART--Emigration year: circa 1875 from Namur, Belgium. My wife is a descendant of Alexandre Cousin married to Leonie Oudart who emigrated to Nicaragua after 1870 with their two children: Louis Alexandre and Blanche Cousin. Blanche married in Nicaragua on April 25, 1892 to Jose Santos Zelaya (1853-1919) who was President of Nicaragua from 1893 to 1909. Blanche was in Nicaragua the First Lady for 17 years. We know that al least Blanche Cousin was born in Namur, Belgium. After 1909 when her husband lost the Presidency, Blanche accompanied her husband to exile to Spain, France and later to the USA where he died in New York in 1919. She returned to Nicaragua where the descendants of Louis Alexandre and Blanche still live. The descendant of Blanche carry the Zelaya surname, while the descendant of Louis Alexandre carry the Cousin surname. My wife maiden name is Blanca Estrada-Cousin and was born in Managua, Nicaragua in 1937. Anybody there has a clue on where to search for the relatives of my wife in Belgium?
