Hi everyone -- I must tell you that I have been disappointed at the lack of response to my previous appeals for contributions to our website. For example, on 10 Nov, I asked if anyone had further links or sites to add those sections of our website entitled: Who were the Huguenots and Walloons? and Huguenot History and Timeline Since there were no replies to that, I went ahead with what I had been able to gather myself. Contributions are still and always welcome anytime, though. It's now become easy for me to edit (add to/subtract from) pages which are already on the web site so please send in your suggested additions at any time, as posts to the list, please. (I didn't think I would ever be able to say that this whole thing as "easy" a month or so ago but I'm starting to believe it now! Maybe my son was right after all!<g>) About a week later, on 16 Nov., I posted two separate messages. One asked if anyone had personal sites they wanted included (for the section titled Subscriber Sites). There was no response. In view of this, I am considering changing the title of this section to Personal Sites and including personal websites which are about Huguenots but not necessarily those of subscribers (eg. the DELAFORCE site which I posted about on 18 Nov. would be a good example of this type.) The second 16 Nov. post asked for suggestions for links to include to sites which were specifically about Huguenots (for the section titled Huguenot Links and Sites). The only restriction here was that the links be to Huguenots (mostly) in Europe and/or UK and/or Ireland. Again, there was no response. I know you are busy.......but......does anyone out there have any suggestions in the above categories for our web site? If so, please post to the list. Pretty soon, all the winter solstice festivals will be upon us and then most of us truly will not have the time......so let's do it now......please. This is not just "my" web site. It's the list web site and the list belongs to all of us. It's what *we* make it. Posting hopefully, Andrea
