Hi, everyone, Here we go again with more 2000 GRD results. This time, for Marie <mjeffers@surfsouth.com> who, on 15 Sept, requested a look-up for surname FORRESTER. Her area of interest is Ireland, pre-1767. There are about 20 listings under FORRESTER in the GRD. Only one is for Ireland (County Mayo) and it's later than the date Marie mentioned (pre-1845). The researcher is Barbara Berrigan, 119 Russell Street, Kingston, Ontario K7K 2E7, Canada. She has no e-mail listed (sigh). The other FORRESTER listings are for locations in Australia, England, and Scotland (lots in SCT!). There is also an organization which is doing a One Name Study on FORRESTER. It's the Clan FORRESTER Society and their area of interest is worldwide.
