I have not been on this list long enough to know whether Malinda is an 'old hand' or otherwise. (I probably have not been a member long enough to enter into this type of discussion - but here goes). Surely there are list members even less computer competent than myself who do not have either the knowledge and experience, or confidence, to avail themselves of all the search and research tools available to them on line? Very often the posting of a relevant URL or hint of method of search can be a useful approach for all. Then, I have been known to be just plain unthinking or lazy ....... .
