Specificaly,my great great grandfather, LOUIS GEOFFROY, supposedly of French Huguenot Origins, who was recruited from the West Country to go to Ireland to be a landsteward on the estates of the wealthy BOND family. This occurred sometime in the second half of the 18th Century. He had a least one son, James, born in County Longford, Ireland, in 1791.
