Please, please, everyone, this is an important message from your List Concierge -- I am imploring you to ***delete*** previous posts (which were not written by you) from the end of your replies to previous messages. This is not being done in many cases over the last few days. What is the result of this? The same information is being sent back to the list over and over again, thus being duplicated not only on the list but in the archives as well. In some instances, replies to the list have had as many as three or even parts of four previous messages still attached at the end of those replies. All because no one had taken the time to delete these previous messages. And subject lines, please remember subject lines........often, the same one is being used again and again when it should be changed to better suit the message content. Both of these topics are in our list guidelines (accessible through The Basics section of our list website at http://www.island.net/~andreav/index.html.)
