    3. Hi Listmates, Hopefuly, someone can help me unravel this mystery! I have these Hoyts in north central NY and I suspect that they are related. Daniel is mine. Can anyone connect these folks up for me? Thaddeus Hoyt, born Abt. 1749; died Aft. 1820 in Walton, Delaware Co., NY; married Miss Unknown Aft. 1770 in NY. Notes for Thaddeus Hoyt: The 1790 census for NY shows Thadeus with 2 free white males 16 or older; 1 fwm under 16; 1 fwf. Ebenezer Hoyt, born Abt. 1760; died Bef. June 2, 1817 in Lima, Livingston Co., NY; married Rebecca Pickney Bef. 1782 in NY. Notes for Ebenezer Hoyt: The 1790 NY census shows Ebenezer with 1 free white male 16 or older; 4 fwm under age 16; 4 free white females. The 1810 NY Census lists Ebenezer in Montgomery Co., NY with 2 fwm under 10, 1 fwm 10-16, 2 fwm 16-26, 2 fwm 26-45, 1 fwf under 10, 1 fwf 10-16. Jarid Hoyt, born Abt. 1764. Notes for Jarid Hoyt: The 1790 NY census shows Jarid with 1 free white male 16 or older; 2 fwm under 16; 4 fwf. Daniel Hoyt, born March 11, 1771 in CT; died August 21, 1841 in Henrietta, Monroe Co., NY; married Susannah Brownell May 26, 1797 in CT. Notes for Susannah Brownell: Susannah Brownell could not read or write and signed with an X on a deed when she and Daniel transferred property to Eunice, dated 28 Feb 1832.
