According to George Franklin Marvin and William T. R. Marvin "Descendants of Reinold and Matthew Marvin of Hartford, Ct., 1638 and 1635, sons of Edward Marvin, of Great Bentley, England" and Marvin family reunion material: Hannah HOYT was born in Connecticut in 1773. She married Isaac MARVIN in 1794. Their children were born in Fairfield County, Connecticut. In 1818 they moved to Richland County, Ohio, where they lived the rest of their lives. I have been unable to find this Hannah Hoyt in the Barbour Collection. Does anyone on this list recognize her and know her parents? Frances Van Scoy fvanscoy@wvu.edu
