Hi Sammie, You are correct in that Joseph and James were sons of Samuel HOWERY and Mary SIFFORD. Joseph, who was married to Lodema KINSLEY/KINGSLEY, settled in Blackhawk County, Iowa and James, who was married to Louisa KINSLEY/KINGSLEY, settled in Gentry County, Missouri. Larry E. Warren
