Shirley, You are absolutely right about Halberts. We sent for our Leap coat of arms and my Father sent for our Ivey coat of arms many years ago. They were identical. I now know that the Leap's nor the Ivey's ever had a coat of arms! So I concure, don't waste you money on 'them' folks.
