For instance, see http://www.lifetimewebhosting.com/plans.php $149 hosting fee LIFETIME, one time only, no annual fees. No annual fees equals no annual issue. For registration, I use https://www.godaddy.com/ Only $7.95 annually, one year at a time. $69.50 covers 10 years. 6.95 per year, if you buy 10 years up front. Equals no annual issue for ten years on registration. Also, I'm curious, why do you pay annual registration fees for howellresearch.org and howellresearch.net if you only host http://howellresearch.com? I'm still in awe of all the good work you do, so please don't construe this as any kind of criticism. Just offering up a few ideas to the group.
