Yes, this is the correct David W. and wife Sarah. This is his 1st wife. She died and he married Sarah Columbia Palmer Graham, widow of James Graham. David is listed as David Wilson when he married and also on Civil War Record. Newspaper articles show him as David William Howell in several different dates, except for one. My wife's family says he was David William Howell. My wife even has a brother named David William Wesson, after David William Howell. I can't prove it either way.
