Tom, Nancy Jane Carmichael was the daughter of John M. Carmichael and Sarah Hayes. John was born in S. C. and Sarah was born in Georgia. They both died in Coffee Co. Alabama.Do you know what the Clintonville Guards was. I believe John Carmichael was an officer and his son John Henry was an enlisted man in this group.
