Tom, I'm researching the Howell's from around Coffee Co. also. My great grand father was George Marshall Howell who married Mattie Fields. Mattie's mother was Nancy Jane Carmichael of Coffee Co. I believe George Marshall Howell was from Dothan. He died in Geneva Co. but all his family is said to still live in Dothan. Do you have any info on him.
