Howell, and that he was born 4/30/18 in Chicago, Ill. His mother was poor and could not support him, his father had disappeared. Emery has not been able to find out anything about them, and would like the information for his two children. Any help appreciated. His original birth certificate was not in his file. Cynthia Biasca
