Hello cousins, Newbie here. :-) Looking for one particular Howell. Lyda is my great grandmother. As the subject line says, she was born around 1882 in Kentucky. She is reputed to be from Louisville, Kentucky, but I have no confirmation of that. Her spouse is Thomas Brown Thompson b Abt. 1878 in Cleator Moor, Cumberland, England. They lived in Chicago, Illinois. Lyda apparently had at least two sisters. Both Florence and May (mae?) reportedly lived in the Chicago area (Maywood or Berwyn). Both were professionals of some kind (accountants, perhaps), and I'm told they were "maiden ladies" living together. Does anyone have any information about this family? Help is much appreciated!
