    3. Glenn, It is probably more than likely that your Thomas is part of my group, if he was married in Franklin Co. I do have a Thomas Howell that married a Sarah? that was born in 1808, if you can believe the 1850 census for Greenup Co Ky. Where was your Victoria born and were did she live? Since most of my work is done through either marriage bond or census work and then from collaboration with family members it has been slow going, especailly since their were about 5 separate Howell families living in Bedford Co Va and surrounding Cos at the turn of the 19th century. There were no less than 10 David Howells. I haven't kept up with all of them but if your Thomas is from my group he would descend from David Howell Rev War Soldier, that married Rebekah Dixon. Can you give me more info on the Victoria Howell family. They were known to marry cousins to a fault. Spicer's daughter by his first marriage married his second wife's brother. They kept the wealth in the family for sure. Anything else you can give me no matter how small on what you do know might pull something out of my database.
