Lew Howell ________________________________________________________________ >> Lew, Hi! You just reminded me to ask the Howell Surname list if there are any researchers monitoring this list that are researching the Howell families that were in Oregon Co., MO around Alton late 1800s and early 1900s? I am gathering information about an uncle of mine, my Mother's half sibling that was the son of Oglesby Frank (?Franklin) Howell. If I am remembering this correctly, Oglesby ("Ode") would have been the son of James Franklin Howell and ? Dill, who had a number of other children, including twin daughters named Nora Elsie and Ora Fannie Howell. I would appreciate contact from anyone researching this Howell family in MO. Would particularly be interested in knowing the other siblings names if anyone has these! Thanks for reading this Beth Peck Cooper
