Does anyone have a copy of the will of Phillip Howell Sr. from one the counties in E. Tenn..1800's I saw this on the net a couple of years ago, but did not print it off. and I can not find it now... In his will he states that Phillip, Jr. is dec'd and John is dec'd, Andrew Howell lives in Lumpkin Co., GA.. etc..... If anyone has a copy or knows where I can get one, please let me know..
