John being also dead, his estate was administered by George Miller who married Keziah his widow; his daughter Ann married and is now wife of Nathaniel Howell; Elizabeth is now wife of John Savage. Amicable division was made 20 March 1796. He was also a judge in 1781. He married Ann Nail, daughter of Daniel and Barbara Nail of Edgefield County, S.C.
