Enoch and Mary (Beatty) Green; m (2) Pierson Reading, b 1780; d Aug. 26, 1847, s of Joseph and Amy (Pierson) Reading. Issue: (Green) Enoch, unmar. Mary Charles Beatty, b 1804; d Sept. 17, 1834, in Miss., a Princeton U. grad. , a lawyer and practiced in Miss.; unmar. Elizabeth Philip, a merchant; d Oct. 29, 1860; unmar. William E. Issue: (Reading) Pierson John Guild, d 1850; a Phila., PA, merchant; m Caroline Burton. Issue: Robert, dy. Alfred Sounds like the family you are looking for, but no info on Amy's parents . This book also mentions "Elizabeth Howell, b Jan. 9, 1709; m William Pearson", but does not show any children and does not tie into the Amy Pierson mentioned above. Take care.
