New to the HOWELL mail list and the web! My what a goldmine! You may be able to help me. I am related to Nancy HOWELL born 23 May 1815 in Clinton CO., OH. She married John William STANBERRY and moved to Cumberland Co., IL. She died there 29 Aug 1884. I have her parents as being Charles A. HOWELL and Mary STOUT. Charles was born in Chatham, NC. 20 Jan 1787. Married Mary STOUT, 4 Feb 1813 in Clinton Co., OH. Charles died 3 May 1875 in Daltton, Wayne Co., IN. Is anybody familar with this HOWELL line? Any leads or information that may help would be greatly appreciated!
