I am researching information on Willard C. Howell. I know that his mother is Emelia b. 1831 in Ohio. Family members say that her maiden name is Cottrell. I don't know Willard's father's name all I know is that he was b. in Ohio. Willard b. june3, 1867, Ohio m. Malinda J. Hayes on Mar. 3, 1889 in Madison co., Arkansas. he died October 18, 1941, Witter, Madison co., Arkansas. Any help would be appreciated. Kay
