Howell b.1812 N.C., Major C. Howell b. 8-20-1799 N.C., Jesse C. Howell b. 1802 N.C. and Susannah Howell-Thomas b. 1811 N.C. These individuals lived in Maury Co. & Giles Co., TN. from the early 1800's to the late 1800's. I know Daniel's family split and one son Major Howell b. 1835 moved to Western KY while another son Andrew Jackson Howell b. Nov. 19, 1853 moved to Travis Co., Tx. and settled in the Manor area with his father -in- law John Oliver Howell b. July 2, 1824 and his family. John Oliver Howell was the son of Jesse C. Howell .
