    3. The 1900 census for Pike Co. KY Caney PCT, Series: T623 Roll: 548 Page: 69 shows the following: Lambert, Robert b Jan 1873 KY married for 3 years Lambert, Judy b April 1877 KY had 2 children with 2 living Lambert, John b June 1898 KY Lambert, Stella b June 1899 KY There is a John Akess age 42 and family living next door to them and they had 9 children with 8 living and all 8 are with them for the census. I didn't really see anything on the Howells that would help you out although there are several other Akers & Akess families in Pike Co. KY I hope that this helps.
