I don't know where James and Mary Howell lived, I do know however that Mary Ella Howell (the grand daughter) was in Linn County, Oregon and was Born there in 1865, I briefly knew her when I was a child, she was my great grandmother. Her Husband died when my Grandfather (Leonard Miller) was about one, and they of course had no further children. There is little about her (Mary Ella Howell) we know, but she did remarry twice more in her life. (her last one was to Herbert Tay), The first message indicated I was looking for her parents. -- `` Jeffery G. Scism.
